Straight AEP ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site or submit a lead form.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide in the lead form (name, phone, email, state, product interest) plus standard web data (IP address, browser, timestamp). We also record your explicit TCPA consent timestamp and IP for compliance.
SMS / Text Messaging
Stephen Bitsko collects the mobile number you provide, your opt-in reply, the date and time of that reply, and the account activity needed to send the alerts you requested. Stephen Bitsko uses that information only to enroll you, send the monthly account activity texts, confirm enrollment, and handle HELP or STOP requests. Stephen Bitsko is the registered brand for this program. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Use It
Only to match you with a licensed insurance agent in your state if you request it. We never sell raw PII. We share only the minimum necessary with the matched agent after your consent.
Legal Basis & Retention
We retain lead records for 7 years to meet state insurance record-keeping and TCPA requirements. You may request deletion by emailing the address below (subject to legal holds).
